The best place to take amazing shots of the Atlanta skyline. The sunset is beautiful. At sunrise the city glows as the rays from the rising sun reflects on the glass towers

This spot is featured in TWD Season one episode 1. You can park pretty easily in the surrounding neighborhood and take a quick picture, nothing else to do there. However, pretty cool to see if you have watched the show.

Best time to go is on a freezing Monday morning! It was great having all the time needed for my project. Watch out for that breeze though, it's brutal! 😆 …

Nestled in downtown Atlanta, the Jackson Street Bridge is more than just a pedestrian walkway; it's a living testament to an iconic moment from "The Walking Dead" series. As I ventured to this spot, I couldn't help but feel the excitement of reliving that memorable scene with Rick on his horse. What truly sets this location apart is the breathtaking skyline view it offers. With Atlanta's impressive cityscape as your backdrop, every photo taken here is nothing short of spectacular. Whether you're a fan of the show or simply in search of a stunning urban view, this is a place that promises to capture your imagination. However, it's worth heeding the advice of the locals. While the Jackson Street Bridge is a daytime delight, it's advisable to exercise caution if you plan to visit after dark. Safety should always be a priority when exploring any city, and this location is no exception. In summary, the Jackson Street Bridge provides a unique opportunity to relive a piece of pop culture history while enjoying the scenic beauty of downtown Atlanta. It's a must-visit spot for "The Walking Dead" enthusiasts and anyone seeking a picture-perfect skyline view. Remember to enjoy it during the daylight hours to ensure a safe and memorable experience.

One of best places to see the Atlanta Skyline! Views are best around dusk or sunset. There is a parking lot near by that offers free parking. Stick around till after sunset and bring your tripod and wideangle lens to capture the beautiful light trails from the vehicles.

The best spot to see the Atlanta skyline, not to mention that this is the most Instagrammed spot in Atlanta, mainly because it is the exact view as from the famous Walking Dead poster. Contrary to other reviews, I was there at noon on Saturday and literally no one was on the bridge... Very good place to snap some pics, just mind the traffic.
